first of all i clear that some search engines or robots.txt are now add images in searc result they are not about to the real fact of images so we are going to our original topic
Step1:
          give a small name offline to an image
Step2:
          The one is the title and second is ALT both shold be maximun 3 to 4 words the html of ALT title image is following

<img src=”your Image address” title=”3 words title” alt=”3 words about image” />

Example:

              <img src=”optimize images” title=”how to optimize Images” alt=”SEO Optimize Images”> 

Note:
          If You Are using blogger plat form then you simply seo optimize images when you inserted an image to blogger post editor then just click the image and you’ll see some option setting about the image, so from those option there is an option called Properties  which you can click to add Alt attribute and title attribute to the image, this should be your regular practice for every image.
